Terri Monroe is the Founder and C.E.O of Care Free Praise, LLC. She was born and raised in the entertainment capital of the world Los Angeles, California. Terri’s childhood was fueled with ambition, determination and hard work. She had a front row seat to her parents drive and determination for success. Her mother (now deceased) worked for in the Aerospace Government, Industry for over 27 years, and her father was a renowned Entertainer traveling and performing throughout the country. 

Faynell Wallace was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. In 1989, along with her two young daughters, she moved to California and worked for over 20 years in the medical industry. Faynell is a caregiver who enjoys and loves caring for all ethnicities.

Faynell discovered that she had a calling to decorate and make rooms look gorgeous and beautiful while working in the Medical Industry. Together with her daughters, she developed a passion for interior design and decorating, helping to establish a company called Epic Designs.

For over 10 years, Faynell has embarked on a journey to design spaces for weddings, birthday parties, fashion shows, dinners and more. Since 2016, Faynell and her team have partnered with Care Free Praise Events, L.L.C, to help organize and decorate every special event. Committed to detail and hard work, Faynell brings all her years of experience to make every event fabulous.
